A couple of weeks ago, we had the treat of Mycah & Sienna's precious cousin, Jack, coming to visit us. He spent the night with us and we had a blast! It was very different, yet very fun, having a little boy in the house. Here is recap of what all went down when we shared the night with Jack! :)

As Scott was cooking cheeseburgers for dinner, Jack and Sienna were exploring outside. Jack came in, so excited, to show me his handful of slugs he found! As he is squeezing the squishy creatures, huge grin on his face, he begged to keep them. We decided to put them into a Ziploc baggie with 2 rules. The bag must stay shut and the bag must stay on the table in the kitchen. All was well, as the 2 eager kiddos got cleaned up (thanks to my hubby) and observed the slugs through the plastic. As I entered the kitchen the following morning, the slug bag was missing! Oh no! The last thing I wanted was to smell the stench of rotten slugs buried somewhere in our house. All was stopped and we all went on a hunt for the slug bag. No worries, because it turned up, closed tight. All ended well. :) Fun, fun times!!
